#OurEldersOurBlessing” Continues Its Humanitarian Presence for the Seventh Day… Emergenza Sorris

For the seventh consecutive day, Emergenza Sorrisi – “Doctors for Smiling Children”, in partnership with Askar Health Association, Al-Shaab Medical Center, and Askar Association for Development and Community Development, continues to implement the “OurEldersOurBlessing” campaign through an active field presence in Askar New Camp, as part of ongoing humanitarian and health efforts targeting elderly people and addressing their medical and social needs.
This activities implemented under the project , strengthening medical and health resilience in Palestine (AID 12273/1/2) Funded by Italian agency for development corporation (AICS) AND ITALIAN MINISTRY OF FRIEND AFFAIRS AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
To date, the team has successfully reached more than 150 cases, providing necessary medical follow-ups, assessing beneficiaries’ health conditions, and working to meet their essential needs, within an organized field effort that reflects a strong sense of responsibility and humanitarian commitment.
This campaign embodies the association’s vision of strengthening community-based healthcare and ensuring direct access to the most vulnerable groups, contributing to improving quality of life and preserving the dignity of elderly people.
The campaign is also witnessing wide community engagement and growing appreciation for its tangible humanitarian and health impact on the ground, reflecting values of solidarity and sustainable community work.

كبارنا بركتنا تواصل حضورها الإنساني لليوم السابع… جمعية أطباء من أجل أطفال مبتسمين تصل إلى أكثر من 150 حالة في مخيم عسكر الجديد
: لليوم السابع على التوالي، تواصل جمعية أطباء من أجل أطفال مبتسمين تنفيذ حملة كبارنا بركتنا بالشراكة مع جمعية عسكر الصحية ومستوصف الشعب الطبي وجمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي بحضور ميداني فاعل في مخيم عسكر الجديد، ضمن جهود إنسانية وصحية متواصلة تستهدف كبار السن وتلبي احتياجاتهم الطبية والاجتماعية.
تُنفَّذ هذه الأنشطة ضمن مشروع “تعزيز الصمود الطبي والصحي في فلسطين” (AID 12273/1/2)، بتمويل من الوكالة الإيطالية للتعاون الإنمائي (AICS) ووزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي الإيطالية.
وقد نجح الفريق حتى اللحظة في الوصول إلى أكثر من 150 حالة، حيث تم تقديم المتابعة الصحية اللازمة، وتقييم الوضع الصحي للمستفيدين، والعمل على تلبية احتياجاتهم الأساسية، في إطار عمل ميداني منظم يعكس روح المسؤولية والالتزام الإنساني.
وتجسد هذه الحملة رؤية الجمعية في تعزيز الرعاية الصحية المجتمعية والوصول المباشر للفئات الأكثر احتياجًا، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة والحفاظ على كرامة كبار السن.
كما تحظى الحملة بتفاعل مجتمعي واسع وإشادة متزايدة، لما تتركه من أثر إنساني وصحي ملموس على أرض الواقع، ولما تعكسه من قيم التضامن والعمل المجتمعي المستدام.
