Our Reference Values

Planning and Quality.

In the last few years the implementation of missions was considered the basic tool to guarantee the maximum consistency between actions, and the objectives we were pursuing. We will keep considering the planning and our mission as the basic tools for work quality, and for the implementation of the mission itself. At the same time we will promote an increased involvement of communities in which we operate, so they can participate in the creation of objectives and activities.

Transparency and Reporting.

We are sure that as we are structured as an organised civil entity, we need the consensus of citizens and recognition from the authorities we talk to. We believe that consensus and recognition are promoted and supported, by understanding and identifying with the causes we pursue and as a result of transparent, suitable, and major communications.

Inter-cultural approach.

Planning and performing our activities will be affected by the socio-cultural environments where we work, and are based on respect of multiple visions of the world, and the different ways to satisfy need. Choosing an inter-cultural approach makes us offer solutions for a never ending debate with partners, always on an exchange basis, never ex-parte.
